This website, jeebharke.com, is owned and operated by Divine Dishes Private Limited ("Jee Bhar Ke", "we", "us", "our"), registered office at 5th Floor, PP City Centre, Pitampura, Delhi – 110034, India.

By accessing or using this website, you accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the site.

2. Who can use this site

• You must be at least 18 years old, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• You confirm that the information you give us — name, phone, address, enquiry details — is accurate and belongs to you.
• You are responsible for any activity carried out through your account, if you create one.

3. Menu, outlets and availability

Dishes, prices and outlet listings shown on this site are for information only and may change without notice. Availability differs by outlet, by time of day and by delivery platform. Photographs are for representation; actual serving size and presentation may vary.

Prices shown exclude taxes, packaging charges and delivery fees unless stated otherwise. The final price payable is the one shown at checkout on the platform where you place the order.

4. Orders placed through delivery platforms

Most orders are placed through third-party platforms such as Zomato and Swiggy. When you order there:

• The order, payment, delivery timelines, cancellations and refunds are governed by that platform's own terms.
• Delivery is carried out by the platform's delivery partner, not by us.
• Any complaint about delivery time or delivery handling should first be raised with that platform.

Food quality issues can always be raised directly with us using the contact details below, whichever platform you ordered from.

5. Orders placed on this website

Where ordering is enabled directly on jeebharke.com, an order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us. We may refuse or cancel an order if:

• An item is unavailable or wrongly priced due to a technical or human error
• The delivery address falls outside a serviceable area
• Payment is not authorised, or the order appears fraudulent

If we cancel a prepaid order, the amount is refunded to the original payment method.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Because food is prepared fresh on order, cancellation is possible only before preparation begins. Once an order is being prepared, it cannot be cancelled.

If your order arrives incorrect, incomplete or in unacceptable condition, contact us within 24 hours with your order number and photographs. After review we may offer a replacement or a refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method; the credit time depends on your bank or platform.

7. Food, allergens and dietary information

Our kitchens handle wheat, dairy, nuts, soy, mustard and other common allergens, and shared equipment is used. We cannot guarantee that any dish is free from traces of an allergen. If you have an allergy or a medical dietary requirement, please check with the outlet before ordering.

Nutritional and ingredient information, where provided, is indicative and may vary between outlets and batches.

8. Franchise and partnership enquiries

The franchise enquiry form on this site is only an expression of interest. It does not create any offer, agreement, reservation of territory, or guarantee of a franchise. Any franchise relationship begins only after due diligence and a signed written agreement between both parties.

9. Intellectual property

The Jee Bhar Ke name, logo, brand identity, outlet names, photographs, videos, recipes, copy and page designs on this site are owned by or licensed to Divine Dishes Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.

Names of legacy outlets and partner brands referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used with permission or by arrangement.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of Indian law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any account
• Scrape, crawl or copy site content in bulk using automated tools
• Upload anything that carries malware, or that is abusive, defamatory or misleading
• Impersonate any person or misuse another customer's details

We may suspend or block access if these terms are breached.

11. User content and reviews

If you post reviews, photos, tags or comments about us on public platforms, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reshare that content on our website and social channels with credit to your handle. You confirm the content is your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

12. Third-party links

This site links to Zomato, Swiggy, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Google Maps. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their content, terms or practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion.

13. Limitation of liability

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information is free from error at all times.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
